SEO Report Agent Skill

The report-writing skill every SEO Sauna workflow delivers through: one self-contained HTML page, saved to your project, readable and printable by anyone.

The SEO Report Agent Skill is how the other SEO Sauna workflows hand you their finished work.

You do not run it on its own. When your agent finishes an audit, a keyword study, or a competitor analysis, this skill tells it how to write the result as one self-contained HTML page and save it to your project. The page shows up on the project's Reports page in SEO Sauna, where anyone on your team can open it, read it on a phone, and print it to PDF.

What this skill helps your agent do

What you get back

A report page in your project with a title like "Competitive Landscape, Sep 17, 2026". Titles include the full report date and omit the project's website. A report about another website includes that domain to keep the subject clear; so does a report in a project with no website set. Open it from the Reports page in the sidebar. The menu beside it exports a PDF, opens the report full screen, or opens it in its own tab.

Reports are free. They do not spend credits, and there is no practical limit on how many a project holds. The Reports page shows the 100 most recent.

Sharing a report

Reports start private. On hosted SEO Sauna, ask your agent to “make this report public and give me the share link.” You can also ask for an existing public link or ask to make the report private again. Saving edits preserves the sharing setting.

You can also open a report, click Share and turn on Public link. Send the link to a client or a teammate; they do not need an SEO Sauna account. It always shows the latest saved version, and it is not indexed by search engines. Turn the toggle off and the link stops working, stopping new visitors within a minute.

How to get the best result

Report templates

A template is a reusable brief for a kind of report: who it is for, which sections it has and in what order, how it should sound, and how to sign off. Create one on the Templates page, reached from the Reports page in your project. Templates belong to a project; to reuse one somewhere else, ask your agent to list it in the first project and save a copy in the second.

Your agent sees a project's templates and follows one when you name it, or when you ask for the kind of report it describes ("write the client-ready audit summary for badseo.dev"). A plain "audit this site" still uses the skill's own format. The template replaces the sections and the tone; it never changes how the page is built, so the report still prints and still opens on a phone.
