SEO Sauna gives you keyword research, domain and backlink data, rank tracking, site audits, AI visibility, and Google Search Console in one hosted app at app.seosauna.com. Use it in the app, or connect it to an AI assistant through MCP so the assistant can run research with real SEO data.

SEO Sauna is built on the open-source OpenSEO project (MIT licence).

Get started

• Connect your AI assistant: add the SEO Sauna MCP server to Claude, Cursor, Codex, or another MCP client.
• Use SEO Sauna with ChatGPT: add SEO Sauna as a custom MCP connection on chatgpt.com or in the desktop app.
• Agent setup: copy a setup prompt from the app and let your agent configure itself.
• Agent Skills: install ready-made SEO workflows for your agent.

Plans and credits

New accounts get 1,000 trial credits, with no credit card needed. The paid plan is 59 €/month excl. VAT and includes 17,000 credits each billing cycle. Credits are shown in euros in the app. Features that fetch paid SEO data use credits. Viewing saved data and reading Search Console data do not.
