SEO Sauna Agent Skills
Install SEO Sauna Agent Skills so your AI agent can run repeatable SEO workflows with live SEO Sauna data.
Agent Skills hand repeatable SEO workflows to your AI agent. Each skill is a SKILL.md file (plus supporting files) that tells the agent how to run one SEO job, such as keyword research, an audit, or competitor analysis.
Skills and MCP are separate. MCP connects your agent to SEO Sauna data. Skills tell it which workflow to run with that data. You need both. You stay in charge of strategy: the agent researches with SEO Sauna data, follows the skill, and saves the result as a report in your project.

How the results reach you
- SEO Report: the shared report-writing skill every workflow above uses. Your agent writes one self-contained HTML page and saves it to your project's Reports page, where anyone in your workspace can read or print it.
Install the skills
First, connect your AI assistant to SEO Sauna.
Then download the skills:
- All skills in one file: seo-sauna-skills.zip
- One skill:
https://seosauna.com/skills/<skill-name>.zip, for example seo-coach.zip.
Install them for your agent:

Start a new session after installing so the agent loads the skills.
ChatGPT: a custom MCP connection gives ChatGPT the SEO Sauna tools but not skills. You can still ask for these workflows in plain language. See Use SEO Sauna with ChatGPT.
Run a skill
Use your agent's skill picker or ask for a workflow by name, for example "Use SEO Coach to help me pick a task." In Claude Code, type / and the skill name. In Codex, type $. Other clients have their own syntax.
Start with SEO Project Setup for a new project, or SEO Coach if you are not sure what to run first.
