Who provides the service
SEO Sauna (seosauna.com, app.seosauna.com) is provided by Seopal Oy, Eerolankuja 10, 40270 Palokka, Finland ("we"). These terms apply when you create an account or use the service.
The service
SEO Sauna provides SEO research, rank tracking, site audit, AI visibility and reporting tools, including an MCP connection for AI assistants. Search and AI data comes from third-party providers and is provided for information only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate. We may change or improve features over time.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for activity under your account and your workspace, for keeping your sign-in details safe, and for only connecting websites and Google properties you are authorised to access.
Plans, credits and payment
A free account includes a one-time amount of trial credits. The paid plan is billed monthly in advance, and prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added where it applies. The plan includes a monthly amount of data credits that renews each billing period and does not carry over. You can buy extra top-up credits, which do not expire while your account is open. Credits are used for lookups that query paid data providers, and the app shows estimated costs before larger operations. Payments are processed by Stripe.
The current price is an offer price for 2026 and is valid until further notice. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in the billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund partial periods or unused credits unless the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Do not use SEO Sauna to break the law, to access data you are not authorised to access, to resell raw data from the service, to create accounts in bulk to collect trial credits, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
