Questions
Can I put my own logo on client reports?
Yes. Owners and admins set a name, logo and accent color under Settings → Organization → Report branding. Every report, PDF export and shared link then shows your brand, and shared links no longer mention SEO Sauna.
Do you charge per seat or per client?
No. Projects and teammates are unlimited. You pay 59 € a month (excl. VAT) for 17,000 credits and buy top ups only if you use more.
How do I create a client report?
Ask the assistant inside SEO Sauna, or connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client and run a skill such as the SEO audit. Save your report format as a template and reuse it every month. Reports use no credits.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Send the PDF or a share link. Anyone with the link can read the report without signing in, and you can turn the link off at any time.
How many clients fit in one plan?
About five clients with 100 weekly tracked keywords and 30 AI questions each. Smaller setups fit more, and top ups cover the rest at 1 € per 1,000 credits.
